Installing Nova-Flo requires an understanding of the individual plumbing arrangements. Bath and tap designs do vary but plumbing connections tend to be standard. Nova-Flo is designed to be compatible with almost all bath and tap combinations.
Prior to undertaking the task of fitting Nova-Flo installers must ensure water supplies can be isolated. We recommend using a qualified professional who is familiar with work of this nature.
Nova-Flo is designed to be used with hand-tighten plumbing connections and must not be installed under tension. To ensure compatibility of fittings we recommend the use of one of the Nova-Flo fixing packs.

Under normal operating conditions Nova-Flo is designed to be maintenance free although we do recommend a bi-annual check to confirm correct functioning. If foreign matter is obstructing the float chamber your Nova-Flo may not reset immediately. Cleaning is required to return to normal operation. To view a pdf of our servicing instructions click here.
